What we collect
Through this website we collect only what you type into a form: your name, phone number, email address (if given), preferred doctor, preferred date and time, the reason for your visit, and any notes you add. Job applicants also submit a position of interest and CV details.
What we do not collect
This website does not store medical records, prescriptions, test results or clinical notes. Your clinical file is kept at the clinic, not online. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Why we use it
To contact you about your appointment request, to remind you of a follow-up, or to respond to your job application. Nothing more. Website requests may reach us by email or WhatsApp, which are operated by third-party providers under their own policies.
How long we keep it
Appointment requests are kept for as long as needed for continuity of your care and any record-keeping obligation under Pakistani law. Job applications are kept for up to one year unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Confidentiality
Our staff are bound by medical confidentiality. We share information about you outside the clinic only with your consent, or where a law or court order requires it.
Analytics
We may use basic website analytics to understand which pages are useful. These tools record anonymous usage such as page views and device type, never your health information.
